BJJ is an amazing martial art, a fun sport and an effective method of defense. It includes grappling techniques from standing to the ground phase of a fight and is highly effective in developing realistic defensive skills for self-defense.
This is a great 8-week introduction to the positions and submissions that are common to our sport. Classes are taught in a progressive manner allowing students to absorb the information with quality instruction and useful drills.
This is an entry level course and no equipment or uniform is needed. You can take this course as many times as you like. Most use this class as a stepping stone into our Level 1 BJJ class.

Krav Maga is a reality-based self defense system that is a very direct approach to personal safety. Lessons cover mindset, effective striking, escaping dangerous holds and developing a fighting spirit. This 6-week course is for beginners to learn and develop the basic Krav Maga system for themselves. Classes are fun, educational and a great workout!
